First Steps

Login

Enter your username and password to log in.

These login details are the same as those for your FACT-Finder backend. If you are not running FACT-Finder, an additional OAuth-Sever is required. Please contact the support team for this.

Dashboard

The default view after login is the dashboard. Here you can get a quick overview of the most important metrics of your FACT-Finder.

If the dashboard is empty after login, reload the page.

Dashboard functions

You can exit the app by clicking the  button. A click on or displays it in a sidebar.

From the left dropdown (1) you can select one of your active channels for quick view and in the box next to it (2) you can define the displayed period.

In the info boxes (3) below, relevant metrics can be displayed graphically. Click on the box heading or the graphic to access the search view.
