Learn how to manually import product data to your FACT-Finder search database.

You should coordinate with Professional Services to set intervals for an automatic import of the data (e.g. nightly). This means that manual import is not neccessary during normal operations.

1. Open the Import Page

Click Import in the menu bar.

2. Choose a Channel

Select a channel from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, select All channels.

3. Select DATA

Select DATA from the dropdown menu.

4. Start the Import

FACT-Finder collects the data based on the channel configuration and re-imports them.

4a. Reload Database

FACT-Finder doesn't live-synch the databases. In some cases, you can get an info message, that the databases have to be reloaded. Click the Reload Databases button to do so.
