Reports

In the Reports menu, you first determine for which time frame (1) and for which channel (2) you want to analyse the data. You can choose to analyze search logs or navigation logs.

Additional logs can be created in FACT-Finder, e.g. when the shop system adds the parameter &log=internal to search request from specific IP ranges. FACT-Finder will log these request separately, you can create separate reports. Whether to use filters is determined separately.

Click Start Analysis (3) to display progress bar (4).

After completing the analysis, click View (5).

Prior analyses, if available, can also be displayed by clicking View.

Displayed analystics results are divided into Statistics, Search Terms, Diagrams und Diagnostics.
