Multi-Channel

FACT-Finder now has the option for child channels to inherit settings from their parent channels. This means you only have to setup basic setting once and allows you to change them at a central location instead of manually for each instance.

Campaign Manager

New, search result dependent campaign trigger

We added a new campaign trigger that checks for specific products in the search results.

Excel Export for Campaigns

Now you can generate an Excel export of all of a channel's campaigns directly from the campaign page.

Multi-duplicating Campaigns

Campaigns can now be duplicated to multiple channels at the same time.

A channel can be selected more than once to create multiple clones of one campaign in a single channel.

Deprecation for a second term can be switched off

You can now activate or deactivate deprecation for suggest results starting with the search term in list mode.

New Timezone Display

We added the relevant timezone to wherever the time is displayed in the interface.

Added Dialogue to the Recommender Matrix

The Recommender Matrix seems to always be in edit mode, even without open transactions. If users tried to change a value, there was simply no response. We added a dialogue to instantly open a transaction for editing the value.

Username can only contain letters, numbers, '@', '-', '_', '.' and '+'.

Diagnostic Search Filter Fields excluded from Diplay in the Filter Field during Diagnostic Search

The filter fields in the column header of the diagnostic include previously added filters. These have now been excluded from display in the filter field.

Added Option to enter Custom Parameters in Diagnostic Search

Added this option to diagnostic search. This allows for testing of campaigns triggered y these custom parameters.

Support mailing address changed from "support" to "service-desk"

The FACT-Finder Service Desk Team mailing address was changed from support@fact-finder.de to service-desk@fact-finder.de. This was also changed in the applicaation. The old mailing address is still active.

Added descriptive Text for Product Campaigns

Descriptive text in the campaign view was extended with a section on product campaigns.

Added option to send DQ-Requests for zero-hits in the Cache File

Added a setting to the module "Attribute Generator". Decide whether data sets found without a cache entry during import are sent to the DQ server which can perform another attributisation. Option is by default deactivated since it can slow down the import.

Add Campaign: erroneous limit no longer blocks "Next" button

Fixed a bug that deactivated the Next button on an invalid entry.

Searched for Caching Problem during Ad-Search Queries

Search results delivered from the cache no longer contain products added by a now invalid InstoreAds campaign.

Changed the imformation dialogue to new design.

Time Selector now accepts manual entry

Fixed a bug where manual entries to the time selector were ignored.

Changed and improved several instances of interface text.

FF-UI now reacts after nach Mouse-Back in Diagnostic Search

Fixed a bug that prevented switching pages in the UI, after previously performing a switch referencing that page.

Removed Tooltip for Search Time from Diagnostic Search

Search time is no long er displayed in the diagnostic search view, as nonstandard operations in this mode are not meaningful.

UI: Search (Demoshop)

Improved Advisor Campaign Display in the Demo Search

Previous versions only diplayed a single question tree during demo search. Now all trees are displayed, since complex campaigns can require multiple initial questions.

"Display as HTML" remembers Parameters

Added a function to the Demoshop to immediately switch to diagnostic search. Search parameters are kept.

Diagnostic Search (Adminmode)

Fixed Bug preventing Filter Deselection

Fixed a bug that prevented the user from deselecting facets during diagnostic search if the FacetID was not the same as the field name.
